Refund policy
Nest Tropicals is known for its high-quality packing and exceptional customer service. We guarantee that your plant will arrive in great condition and will be of equal or greater size than the stock photo.*
Unfortunately, this does not cover heat or cold damage for issues outside of our control. It is the buyer's responsibility to retrieve their package as quickly as possible upon delivery to prevent any potential issues that may arise if the package is left out in the elements.
If your plant does arrive in poor condition due to issues related to packing shipping, we will either replace the plant or issue a refund. Of course, it is better to be safe than sorry, so if there are any concerns with your order, please feel free to reach out and we will do our best to take care of you.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, we must receive an email and photos or other proof within 24 hours of delivery of the package. After this time, it is up to you to provide care to your plant, but we are always happy to provide tips and advice on any of your plants at any time!
*New leaves that are not fully matured are more susceptible to falling off, so damage to these leaves is not typically covered.
*If there is a slight amount of cosmetic damage or leaf loss on a larger plant, this may not be covered depending on how much of the plant is damaged.
