Shipping policy

Shipping days for Nest are Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.  Shipping these days has given us the best success in receiving your plants in a timely manner. If an express or two day option is chosen at checkout, then we may ship mid-week.  A tracking number will be provided once your order has been processed.

While we do our best to get your plants out the within five days of when your order is placed, a large restock may result in a longer shipping window.  In this case, we ask that you give up up to 10 business days to ship your package. 

We also pay close attention to the weather, particularly in the winter months.  We will not ship if your weather is in the single digits, however we are happy to hold your plants for up to four weeks if that is the case.  We will reach out to you if we decide your weather is too adverse to ship and give you the option to wait or for a refund.
